Individual Therapy - $160.00 + 5% GST = $168.00 for a
55 minute session
Couple Therapy
- $175.00 +5% GST = $183.75 for a 55 minute session
Family Therapy
- $185.00 + 5% GST= $194.25 for a 55 minute session
*Payment occurs in full after each session and a receipt will be issued
immediately. You are responsible to confirm the scope of coverage provided
by your health care provider, submitting any required documentation
directly to them*
Extended Healthcare or Employee Assistance Program
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or
employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the
following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Abby encourages those needing counselling to contact her if they are having
financial challenges so that she can work to determine a
suitable rate for them or set up an alternate payment option.
Payment
Cash, cheque and etransfers are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for cancellation of a
schedule session or you will be charged in full for that session. If you
arrive late, your time will be limited to the remaining time allocated for
your session and you will be charged your regular fee. There will be
exceptions for any emergencies that arise.

Initial Corporate Consult is $450.00 an hour. Corporate Fees are
determined at the first consult session and is based on the scope and
length of the contract.
